By accessing or using Pyralinks applications and website (www.pyralinks.com), operated by TMBoyz LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You may create a free account. An account is not required to play today's puzzles or to subscribe to Pyralinks Plus in our iOS or Android app. It is required to subscribe on our website, play past puzzles in the archive, and sync your puzzle progress across multiple devices.

We offer an optional paid subscription, "Pyralinks Plus," which removes ads from gameplay in the Pyralinks apps and web game. Other pages of our website, such as the blog, may still show ads. On our website, a free account is required to subscribe.
In our iOS and Android apps you can subscribe without an account. If you later sign in to or create a Pyralinks account on that device, the subscription moves to that account.
Pyralinks Plus is attached to the Pyralinks account that was signed in when you subscribed, or that you signed in to after subscribing as a guest. It is available wherever you sign in to that account, on iOS, Android and the web, and it cannot be moved to, shared with or split across other Pyralinks accounts.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes not included in that price. On our website, taxes are calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on the platform you use, your subscription is processed by:
We do not directly store or process your payment card details; these are handled by the applicable platform or payment processor.
Subscriptions bought in our iOS or Android app are billed to the Apple Account or Google account signed in to the store at the time of purchase. Apple and Google allow only one active Pyralinks Plus subscription per store account. While that subscription is active, it stays with the Pyralinks account it was bought for, and another Pyralinks account cannot use or restore it, even on the same device. To subscribe on a second Pyralinks account, use a different store account or subscribe on our website. After a subscription has ended, a new subscription from the same store account may be attached to whichever Pyralinks account is signed in when it is bought or restored.
If your subscription does not appear, sign in to the Pyralinks account you subscribed with, if you used one. In the iOS or Android app, also make sure your device is signed in to the store account that paid for it, and use Restore purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price for each renewal. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing subscribers in advance of any price change affecting future renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period; you will continue to have access to subscription features through the end of the period you already paid for. To cancel:
A subscription can only be managed or cancelled where it was bought: in the App Store or Google Play account that paid for it, or on our website.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' own refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases must be directed to Apple or Google. Purchases made through our website are sold by Link, which may issue refunds under its own policies; contact Link support through your receipt email, or contact us at support@tmboyz.com.
If you subscribe more than once, for example on the website and in the App Store, each subscription is billed separately until you cancel it. We try to prevent this, but you are responsible for cancelling any subscription you do not want.
After you cancel, ad-free play continues until the end of the period you already paid for, unless you delete your account first. Once your subscription ends, including when a renewal payment can't be collected, ad-free play is no longer available, though you may continue using the free features of our services.
Pyralinks Plus does not support Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library. Each Pyralinks account needs its own subscription.
Deleting your Pyralinks account does not cancel a store subscription, and you can't delete your account while a subscription is still set to renew. Cancel it first where you bought it. Once your account is deleted, any remaining subscription time is lost.

All content, features, and functionality of Pyralinks services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, puzzles, and software, are the exclusive property of TMBoyz LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All puzzle content provided through our applications is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:
