1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pyralinks applications and website (www.pyralinks.com), operated by TMBoyz LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pyralinks provides a puzzle gaming application that delivers puzzle content. Our services include:

• Mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Web-based application
• Regular puzzle content updates
• Progress tracking and local game save functionality
• Optional cloud-based account system for syncing progress across devices

3. User Accounts (Optional)

You may optionally create an account to sync your puzzle progress across multiple devices. Accounts are not required to use our services.

Account Creation

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information (email address for email/password accounts)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may create an account using email/password or through supported social login providers (Facebook, Apple, Google). Social login is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Cloud Data Sync

When you create an account:

• Your puzzle completion results and progress are synced to our cloud servers
• Data is stored securely using AWS infrastructure
• We make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but do not guarantee data preservation or backup
• You remain responsible for maintaining local backups if desired

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the User Accounts page in the app. When you delete your account:

• Your account data and cloud-stored puzzle results are permanently deleted from our servers
• This action is immediate and cannot be undone
• Local data on your device may be retained or removed depending on your device's account configuration
• You can continue using the app without an account

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, contact us at support@tmboyz.com and we will assist you after verifying your identity.

4. Advertising

Our services display advertisements during gameplay. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob and AdSense)
• You will view advertisements as part of the free service
• Ad content is controlled by the advertising networks, not by us
• You can manage ad personalization through your device settings or browser

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated tools to access or interact with our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the services for any commercial purpose without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pyralinks services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, puzzles, and software, are the exclusive property of TMBoyz LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Puzzle Content

All puzzle content provided through our applications is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute puzzle content without permission
• Use puzzle content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our puzzles
• Extract or scrape puzzle data from our applications

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Data Storage

Local Data Storage

Our applications store game progress and preferences locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Backing up your device data if desired
• Understanding that uninstalling the app will delete local data
• Managing your device storage to ensure adequate space for app data

Cloud Data Storage (With Account)

If you create an account, your puzzle results are synced to our cloud servers. However:

• We make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but do not guarantee data preservation
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues, service interruptions, or account deletion
• Cloud data is subject to our backup retention policies (typically 90 days for backups)
• You should maintain local backups of important data if desired

We are not responsible for loss of locally or cloud-stored data due to device issues, app uninstallation, account deletion, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMBoyz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any content obtained from our services
• Any errors or omissions in content

12. Availability and Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time
• Change puzzle content, frequency, or delivery methods
• Implement new features or remove existing features
• Suspend or terminate services for maintenance or updates
• Change these Terms at any time

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Termination

Termination by User

You may stop using our services at any time by:

• Uninstalling the application
• Deleting your account (if you created one) from the User Accounts page in the app
• Simply ceasing to use the services

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services (including your account, if applicable) immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or harmful conduct
• Abuse of our services or systems
• At our sole discretion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by either party:

• Your access to cloud-synced data will be terminated
• We may delete your account data and cloud-stored puzzle results
• Local data on your device may remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data
• Your license to use our services is immediately revoked
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TMBoyz LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TMBoyz LLC regarding your use of our services.
